Tracy Tombari is a seasoned real estate veteran, working in the Austin, Houston, and Dallas-Fort Worth markets since 2008. Prior to founding Texas Multifamily Specialists, she spent a decade with CBRE placing financing for multifamily owners and operators across the country. Tracy also served as Vice President of Finance for a major Texas Multifamily Operator where she was involved in all elements of the multifamily investment lifecycle including acquisitions, operations, finance, asset renovations, dispositions, and investor relations.

Given her extensive Real Estate career, Tracy provides her clients with a robust and unique insight to the acquisition & sales process and prides herself on having the ability to offer her clients a superior level of representation.
Colin Armstrong
Co-Founder, CCIM
Colin Armstrong, CCIM, has worked in the Austin and San Antonio markets since 2002. Prior to founding ARM Management and Texas Multifamily Specialists, Colin was the Land Acquisition and Development manager of a regional home building company where he sourced and managed projects in all Central Texas markets. For eight years prior to that, Colin was a land and industrial specialist at CBRE where he represented clients in multiple states.
Colin has the ability to truly represent his client's interest on a fiduciary basis. Colin successfully represents many institutional, private and financial institutions in the organization and disposition of Commercial Real Estate assets.
